Welcome to the Friends of the Yorba Linda Public Library. The Friends is a non-profit support group whose purpose is to cultivate a closer relationship between the community and the Library; to promote knowledge of Library services and resources and to provide financial support for special Library needs and events.

Friends Big Book Sales

The Friends of the Library hosts large book sales throughout the year.  Stay tuned for upcoming Big Book Sales!


The Book Corner

The Book Corner, a used book store, is the primary source of income. It is staffed entirely by volunteers and is stocked with both donations and discarded library materials. In addition to used books and magazines, the Book Corner also carries a selection of music CDs, DVDs and vinyl records.

Book Corner Hours:

Monday and Tuesday – 10:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m.

Wednesday –  1:00-7:30 p.m.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday – 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Sunday – Closed

Book Discussion Group

The Friends Who Done It? Book discussion group is just right for cloak and dagger fans.  Meetings are held on the 4th Monday of the month at 2:00 p.m. in the Library Community Room.
